Terms and conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026 · Version: 2.0
1. Who we are and what you accept
Padelglob, S.L., tax ID B23894892, Calle Valcarlos, 15, 2nd floor F, 28050 Madrid (Spain) ("PadelGlob"). By creating an account you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies and Storage Policy. We keep the version you accepted and the date. If we change the terms substantially, we will tell you 30 days in advance and you may close your account at no cost; continuing to use the Service after that period means you accept them.
2. Requirements
- Be 14 years old or over. People under 14 may not register.
- Truthful data and one account per person. Do not impersonate anyone.
- Be responsible for the security of your credentials.
3. What PadelGlob is and is not
PadelGlob is a platform to find players, organise matches, join circles and competitions, book courts, sign up for classes and events, and pay for all of it. We are not the club, the coach or the organiser: each of them provides their service, sets their price and cancellation policy, invoices you when applicable and is liable to you for the service. We provide the technology and the payment channel.
Your playing level, rankings and rival suggestions are automatic calculations for sporting purposes, without legal effect, and no paid plan alters them.
4. Your content and conduct
You keep the rights over what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to display it within the Service while it is published. You are responsible for your content. The following is prohibited: illegal, offensive or discriminatory content; harassment; unauthorised advertising; third-party data without permission; manipulating results or ratings; circumventing usage limits or security measures; automated data extraction.
Reporting illegal content and moderation decisions (Digital Services Act): you can report any content from the post itself or at contacto@padelglob.es. If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you why and how to appeal, unless the law prevents it.
5. Matches, results and ratings
Results are confirmed by the participants; disputes are resolved within the app through the validation procedure and, in competitions, by the organiser or referee. Sportsmanship ratings are other players' opinions; we moderate them if abusive.
6. Free plan and limits
The free plan lets you take part in everything. Some organisation, collection and analysis features have usage limits you can see in the app. Limits may change; we will announce it in the app. We will never limit your ability to book, join matches or enter club competitions because of your plan.
7. Premium subscription
- What it includes: what is shown on the purchase screen when you subscribe (extended limits, advanced statistics, alert priority, etc.).
- Where it is bought and who charges: on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). The purchase, charge, invoice or receipt, renewals and refunds are handled by the store under its terms. PadelGlob does not see or store your card.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews for the same period (monthly or yearly) at the displayed price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period from your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Free trial and offer codes: if the offer includes a trial period, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before. One trial per store account.
- Price changes: the store will notify you in advance and you may cancel before it applies.
- Restore purchases: from My subscription, with the same store account.
- Complimentary access granted by PadelGlob (for example, to testers): free, creates no renewal rights and may be withdrawn with notice.
- Withdrawal: for digital purchases of content that starts immediately, you expressly agree to the start of the service and waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law; the stores also apply their own refund policies.
8. Payments to clubs, coaches and organisers
- Who charges you: the club, coach or organiser, through their own Stripe account. PadelGlob does not receive your money and charges you no fee.
- Before paying you will see the total price, the service, the date and the provider's cancellation policy, which you accept when confirming.
- Holds: for bookings and spots, your card may be authorised (amount held, not charged) until the booking is confirmed or cancelled in time. If you cancel within the window, the hold is released at no cost; your bank may take a few days to reflect it. If the booking is far in advance, the card is saved and authorised days before the service; if that fails, we will notify you and the spot will be released.
- Invoices: the club or coach issues the receipt or simplified invoice; you may ask them for a full invoice. PadelGlob's "payment receipt" is not an invoice.
- Saved card and SEPA: if you save a card or sign a SEPA mandate with a club (membership fees), you authorise the recurring charges shown to you; you can revoke them from your profile or with the club.
- Withdrawal: bookings and activities on a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 103(l) TRLGDCU); for courses, packs and fees contracted remotely, the provider's terms and the law apply.
9. Cancellations, refunds, credits and disputes
- The provider's cancellation policy you accepted when paying applies.
- If the provider cancels the service (rain, court unavailable, coach absent), you are entitled to a refund of what you paid or, if you prefer, a make-up credit. The credit is a right to receive the service later, not money; it expires within the period set by the provider and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
- Refunds are made by the provider through Stripe to the same payment method. Stripe and banks may take up to 10 business days.
- Complaints about the service go first to the provider; PadelGlob provides contact details and evidence (booking, access log, accepted policy).
10. Circles, competitions and events organised by players
When you enter a tournament, league or event organised by another player or circle, the contract is with that organiser. PadelGlob does not guarantee that it takes place or the prizes. Payments in these activities, when available, follow the rules in section 8.
11. If you organise paid activities
If you enable payments as an organiser, you also accept the organisers annex of the Terms for clubs and coaches: you will need to provide your tax data, the law requires us to report annually to the Spanish Tax Agency the amounts you collect through the platform, and PadelGlob will charge you the fee shown on the activation screen.
12. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breach, fraud, risk to other users or a legal request, telling you the reason. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy; data is deleted after 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Subscriptions must also be cancelled in the store.
13. Liability
We provide the Service diligently but without a guarantee of continuous availability. We are not liable for the providers' sporting service or the conduct of other users. Physical activity involves risks: you are responsible for your health and equipment. Our liability towards you is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.
14. Law and complaints
Spanish law; courts of your domicile if you are a consumer. You may use the Consumer Arbitration System and the complaint forms of your region. Contact: contacto@padelglob.es · +34 638 736 016 · Calle Valcarlos, 15, 2nd floor F, 28050 Madrid (Spain).
Annex. Terms for clubs, companies and coaches
If you use PadelGlob as a club, company or coach (management panel, online payments, paid plans), the Terms for clubs, companies and coaches also apply, which you accept in the panel before enabling payments or subscribing to a plan. Summary of the essentials:
- PadelGlob is a technology intermediary: you provide the service, set prices and policies, invoice your customers and are liable to them.
- Online payments are made into your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). PadelGlob takes its fee as an "application fee" and invoices it monthly. The free plan carries a fee on online payments; paid plans have a subscription fee and 0 % commission.
- You choose whether PadelGlob issues your invoices (automatic simplified invoices with Verifactu records) or you invoice with your own system. Do not use both for the same transaction.
- Before collecting online you must complete your tax profile (name or legal name, tax ID, address and, where applicable, date of birth and IBAN). PadelGlob reports annually to the Spanish Tax Agency the amounts collected through the platform (DAC7, form 238). Without that data, after two requests and 60 days, online payments are suspended.
- If you cancel a service already paid for, you refund the amount or, if the player accepts, offer a make-up credit.
- You are the controller of your members', students' and customers' data; PadelGlob is the processor under the data processing agreement.
