Target audience

Minimum age: 14

• The service is for people aged 14 and over (art. 7 of the Spanish data protection law, LOPDGDD). Date of birth is mandatory when completing the profile and the calendar does not allow a date of a child under 14.
• If we detect an account of a child under 14, we delete it.
• Clubs, professors and organisers who charge through the platform must be adults and complete their tax details.

Age groups declared in the stores

• Google Play: 13-15 (from 14 only), 16-17 and 18+. No group under 13 is selected: the app is not aimed at children and is not part of the Families programme.
• App Store: not a Kids category app. Own minimum age of 14.

Minors

Players aged 14 to 17 may use the app. They see no advertising: the app has none.

Parents or guardians can ask for a minor's account to be deleted by writing to contacto@padelglob.es.
