Data safety

Padelglob, S.L. (NIF B23894892) is the controller of PadelGlob's data. This page summarises, in the format of Google Play's “Data safety” section and the App Store “privacy labels”, what the Privacy Policy explains in full.
Summary
- We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising. The app shows no ads.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive data is encrypted at rest.
- You can ask for your data to be deleted from the app or from this website.
- We do not collect data from children under 14: the service is for people aged 14 and over.
What data we collect

Who it is shared with
With other users: what you make visible (public profile, posts) and what is needed for a match, booking, class or event. With providers that process data on our behalf, under a processing agreement:
- With authorities (Spanish Tax Agency for DAC7 and Verifactu, courts) only when the law requires it.

How it is protected
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Verification documents and CVs encrypted with a per-document key; private messages encrypted at rest.
- Role-based access rules and audit logs of document access.
- Backups; tax records in storage with locked retention.
- We do not store card numbers.
Deleting your data
From the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Without the app: write to contacto@padelglob.es or follow the “Delete my account” page (/marketing/delete-account/en). The account is deleted after 30 days; what other users see of you (matches, comments) becomes “Deleted user”. Payment receipts, invoices and tax data are kept for 6 years as required by law.
